At THE EPIC BOX, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. We take great care in delivering high-quality products to our customers.
As a policy, we do not accept returns on products that are delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.
1. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@theepicbox.in within 3 hours of placing the order. Once an order is processed, we will not be able to cancel it.
2. When Can You Return a Product?
A product can be returned only under the following conditions:
Incorrect product received
Manufacturing defect or damage on the received product
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery (as per tracking information).
Contact Us: Send an email to support@theepicbox.in with clear images of the incorrect, defective, or damaged product.
Approval & Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 working days.
Inspection & Exchange: Once the returned item reaches our warehouse (within 7-10 days), our team will inspect the product. The exchange process will be initiated within 2-3 working days after receiving the item.
4. Important Notes:
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
